The coaching program takes the principles of spiritual integrity and the processes for taking action in the Spiritual Integrity book and applies them, to give you teachings, tools, inspiration, creative ideas, and one on one coaching to reclaim your innate wholeness in every aspect of your life. Whether you need support in finding your right livelihood, breaking limiting belief structures, increasing your energy, clearing old emotions, untangling a relationship pattern, or getting bigger in the world, you will get the guidance and tools you need to live from your heart, embodying authentic connection to source. In any aspect of our lives, change can happen in an instant, and it can come from the accumulation of many small and steady steps. Coaches and guides are invaluable for helping us move along the path of transformation and internal healing. Our coaches hold that you have the answers. They listen to you and offer clear reflections and creative ideas for actions you can take to break out of old patterns. They track your energy and may offer shamanic energy healing.
