I am the ONE, complete and whole in every moment

I realize I am suffering right now because I have identified with some piece of the whole, and by doing so have created a separation in my perception between myself and WHAT IS

I know in my heart that this separation, this distinction is a LIE, and I pray for the strength to take an action right now that will open me once again to the ONE, to the truth of my essence.

With gratitude and humbleness, may it be so
